Shay's Cleaning & Organizing Service has policies set in place to address any issues related to the cleaning of your home. These policies pertain to regular, monthly & frequent clients.
Scheduling - We offer flexibility with scheduling but we do request a 24 hour cancellation of your appointment. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours a $15 cancellation fee will apply unless it is an emergency. If your appointment can be rescheduled in the same week the cancellation fee will not be applied.
Missed Appointments - There is always a possibility of missing a cleaning appointment. We will try to reschedule, but after 2 missed appointments a $25 fee will apply.
Home Access - If no one will be at the residence then you may leave a key, supply a lockbox on your door, give us a garage code or a personal key. Please tell us what option is good for you. We take securing your home very seriously.
Gratuity - Gratuity is not required, but we recognize any appreciation shown. Gratuities may be given to cleaners or included in your payment.
Payments - Please pay with cash, personal check or a secure web service that transfers or deposits payments. If paying with cash you may ask for a receipt.
Complaints - If we miss something you wanted or was suppose to be cleaned please let us know promptly. We will redo the area right away or schedule a redo to clean the area of concern.
Contracts - Contracts for service can be obtained at anytime time by clients who ask for one.
